SORE MUSCLE BLEND RECIPE
OILS TO USE
Idaho Balsam Fir, Marjoram, Basil and Rosemary
RECIPE:
5 drops Idaho Balsam Fir
4 drops Marjoram
4 drops Basil
2 drop Rosemary
Mix with Young Living V-6 vegetable oil complex, to create a sore muscle rub.
EPSOM SALTS BATH
Epsom salt is great to add to your bath
to sooth your sore muscles,
add oil of your choice.
* Side note: I always put Epsom salts in a sealed container
and put empty essential oil bottle in container upside
down to drain the last few drops into Epsom Salt
makes great gifts as well.
HOT TUB CARE
Add 5 drops of Essential Oil per person.
if only one person will be in the Hot Tub, increase
the amount of oil to 10 drops. Select your favorite oil of choice or choose one of these,
Lavender, Pine, Chamomile, Geranium,
Spruce, Spearmint, Eucalyptus, Tea tree.
